Blair has worked in education since 2006. He is a teacher of Economics and Politics and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead in his current school and previously was a Head of Department in a large Sixth Form College in Cambridge (2012-2016) and a Jewish faith school in London (2008-2012). Before this he taught in Scotland. His particular interests in education include the relationship between emotions and learning, student wellbeing and mental health, educational psychology, resource design, learning principles in video game design, and safeguarding and child protection. His hobbies include running, reading and cinema. |

Ex-officio | Tom has worked in education for the past decade, after completing an undergraduate degree in Theology and Religion and a postgraduate degree in education. He has held a number of roles in schools including class teacher in several year groups, SENDCo and Deputy Headteacher. In addition to these roles, he also completed work for a local authority, helping to improve other local schools. He joined Colnbrook Primary School in September 2020 as Headteacher and he is passionate about enabling all children to achieve their potential. In his spare time he enjoys travelling around the world as well as walking his dog. |

Darcy is the vicar for Colnbrook and Datchet. Before taking on this role, Darcy completed a curacy in central Portsmouth and trained at Oxford University/Ripon College Cuddesdon. Prior to ordination, Darcy spent six years as a Police Community Support Officer in Hampshire Constabulary, He also has a degree in Civil Engineering. Darcy is a Governor in two other Church of England schools (in Datchet). Darcy is chaplain to the Mayor of Slough as well as padre for the RAF Cadet Squadron in Windsor. |

Frances has worked at Colnbrook C of E Primary School for the last 17 years. In that time she has had several different roles and has worked in every year group, including the Learning Resource Base and Early Years. Her current role is Cover Supervisor. In her spare time she enjoys travel, reading and swimming. |

Nora has worked in education for the last 11 years. She is currently Head of English and Literacy coordinator at a SEBMAT secondary school in Slough. She is passionate about developments in teaching and learning pedagogy. Her hobbies include painting and reading. |

Christopher is a Primary Teacher and Mathematics subject leader with experience of Senior Leadership. He has worked in Primary education for the past 7 years, having previously enjoyed a challenging but rewarding career in youth and community works. His education ideology is based on schools being the fulcrum of communities and placing the holistic needs of children at its core. His passion for education is matched only by his passions for cricket, the outdoors and raising his own family! He feels fortunate to have the opportunity to help Colnbrook be the best version of itself. |

Moji has over 17 years' experience working in governance from various organisations in the private and not for profit sectors. She is passionate about continuous development and diversity, equity and inclusion. Moji is keen to see young children thrive or be given the opportunity to do so in order to reach their full potential. Her hobbies are; travelling, and researching about new things, particularly culture and current affairs. |

In 2021, Michelle joined Colnbrook Primary school as a governor, then recently took on the role of Safeguarding Governor. Michelle is a mother of two children, and has been working within the public and private sector of childcare and teaching, all her adult life. In the last 8 years, Michelle has worked in the charity sector. Michelle’s role now is concentrating on improving the chances of children, by offering friendship and support to families in the local community. She is passionate about Safeguarding children and adults, and can empathise and see the importance of supporting others to create a safe, caring environment where children are taught to be resilient and confident. Michelle believes with honest caring adults that truly listen and take time to adjust practice to meet all children's needs, we can make a real difference to the young people in our community. |
