SENDIASS (The Send Information, Advice and Support Service)

This service offers confidential, impartial, individualised support and advice on the steps to take in areas of education health and social care to empower those who seek their assistance.  The service is open to children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities, their parents and carers, and professionals supporting them within education settings. LOCAL OFFER

As part of the Governments Health and Disability Green paper (Support and Aspiration)
the government requires all local authorities in England to set out a Local Offer.

The purpose of the Local Offer is to enable parents and young
people to see more clearly what services are available to them in
their area and how to access them.
